Narrated Zayd ibn Thabit (رضي لله تعالي عنه):
I heard the Apostle of Allah (صلي الله عليه وصلم) say: "May Allah brighten a man who hears a tradition from us, gets it by heart and passes it on to others..."

Sayings Of The Salafs
Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (رحمه لله) said:
“Whosoever loves a creation equal to his love to Allah (سبحان و تعلى), he is a Mushrik (polytheist); and there must be a difference between loving for the sake of Allah (سبحان و تعلى) and loving with Allah (سبحان و تعلى)”.
